You're just applying it wrong. Apply ONLY on the lashes, dont get it in the eye or the upper eye lid. Apply only one drop per eye lashes. To prevent it from going systemic you can apply vaseline to your upper eye lid

I doubt its cope ngl if castor oil greatly grew my eyelashes imagine what latisee would do

Yes I saw good difference, around eyes however it’s important to note that older people get better results than younger people. Because younger people have healthier fat pads. If your young u can use it full face once per week as a preventative measure

Yea id recommend it. You can drink topical minox but i dont know the exact dosages so im no the best person to ask in that regard

i tried it and it helped with my under eye support, but the difference wasn't very noticeable and it took few months to get results

I stopped since and it went back to how it was before, it doesn't seem to be permanent
