volufine is it cope?

is volufine cope or not. il say my biggest flaw is having little to none under eye support and a bit of uee iv been given 60 dollars do i get volufine or get some more castor oil and rapid brow which actually improved my eyebrows and made them thicker or darker therefor helping eye area. what should i do
