I've been missing my lower sixth molar since I was 14. I'm 20 now. My adjacent teeth are tilted and there's no room for an implant. The centers of my front teeth don't line up. My wisdom teeth have grown in well and are involved in my bite. As far as I understand, there's facial asymmetry. Could this be due to missing teeth? Should I get braces to make room for the implant? Should I restore my midline? Some say wisdom teeth are in the bite and don't need to be removed, while others say they are. What should I do? Has anyone else had a similar experience? Can you tell me if my face will change?
