My hours are 9am to 6pm 5-6 days per week. After work I work out then have 0 energy left to do anything except a few bumble swipes before going to bed.
It’s resulting in a borderline skinny fat physique because all I wanna do after work is have a big, filling meal. Gym helps increase my resting metabolic rate but this habit is why I can’t lose my lower back fat and lower abdominal belly fat.
I don’t even get weekends off, just 2 days (not even back to back) during the week.
Most STEM educated guys get weekends at least and Friday afternoons. I considered STEM but work+school would be too tiring for my burnt out dopamine receptors.
If my family wasn't around I’d leave my job ASAP, buy a guitar, autotune and busk playing old metal songs for $15-20 tax free dollars per hour
