Got decent muscle in legs/abs but weaker arms/chest, sitting around 25% bodyfat
I just paid for a local gym subscription (1 km away, gonna bike there)
Starting tomorrow and I’m kinda lost on what workout plan to follow and
whether I should use any supplements
I’m gonna stay natural and avoid any cycles for at least 2 years to see
how much progress I can make
Any advice on what routine to start with, what to focus on, and if
supplements are even worth it at my age?
