Hi guys how are you all? I wanted some more advice regarding surgery. Currently I am about 1 month post rhino and I got only a bit of tip swelling. I am currently using aligners to bring my maxilla forward as I have maxillary hypoplasia which has resulted in a underbite . I was thinking of bimax after it's fixed, but I wanna hear some more surgery advice

Yes i would say so by far. Actually the sole good one even for infras the sole i saw with natural good results but he operated only on asians so idk

Imo lightskins have higher smv cause all the black boys thirst over them sooooo hard. I remember a new light skin girl came in school and within days she was popular as fuck with so many guys asking her out. Actually I have seen a lot of Indian and East Asian couples in my school, let me dm u some pics tell me if they are looksmatch

yeah among black guys they do have high smv but other races of men dont care for em so much. and sure you can send me pics of those couples. and i know those couples exist especially in south east asia but when it comes to me im too ugly for them lol, im too ugly for any woman

Bad idea because I had rhino and ccw changes nose shape, but it would be good for my gonail angle however I could end up with Micheal Jackson tier nose

CCW will make the nose a bit wider and shorter but not huge change - depends on movements honestly

CW lengthens nose but tbh ramieri said no maxilla to me

Go with a proper rhino surgeon

Ramieri doesn’t do rhinoplasty he only does jaw stuff and implants

Tito Marianetti is his associate surgeon who you can get thino done with while ramieri does your bimax but he never does rhino himself

But I agree I picked a surgeon who specialises in exclusively rhino
