Normally people wanna debloat before an event. Fasting and cardio will make you tiredFast 24 hours and drink black coffee, green tea and low kcal electrolyte drinks.
Do an hour of cardio + weightlifting + move as much as u can.
At the end of the day u must be pretty debloated.
