(Warning Grey) Truly the best debloat methods?

I know this is pretty common and I might be iqletmaxxing but, what are really the best ways to debloat? including fat, and water retension and so fourth.
 
Lose body fat and see what happens.

With my experience, I wasn't bloated back then I was just a fat fuck. After starvemaxxing and leaning down I just lost my face fat

Fast 24 hours and drink black coffee, green tea and low kcal electrolyte drinks.

Do an hour of cardio + weightlifting + move as much as u can.

At the end of the day u must be pretty debloated.

Or get a physical job.

Back when i worked in a warehouse i had to take at least 30k steps so bloating wasnt an issue

Normally people wanna debloat before an event. Fasting and cardio will make you tired
