I know this is pretty common and I might be iqletmaxxing but, what are really the best ways to debloat? including fat, and water retension and so fourth.

Lose body fat and see what happens.

With my experience, I wasn't bloated back then I was just a fat fuck. After starvemaxxing and leaning down I just lost my face fat

Hypotetically if I were to starvemaxx, what would I be eating most of the time? Water and Bananas?
just water you will get bloated a bit but once you lean down and start eating you will not be bloated anymore tye shi
 
Fast 24 hours and drink black coffee, green tea and low kcal electrolyte drinks.

Do an hour of cardio + weightlifting + move as much as u can.

At the end of the day u must be pretty debloated.

Or get a physical job.

Back when i worked in a warehouse i had to take at least 30k steps so bloating wasnt an issue

Normally people wanna debloat before an event. Fasting and cardio will make you tired
