They are and they should be done only and only if you got medical complications associated with the narrow maxilla, a narrow 8 smile is ideal when it comes to ROI (based on risk and other factors).

Many users here do it for 8+ theeth smile, wich is wrong.

But i am glad alot of users those days are now realistic when they approach subjects about surgeries.

Golden rule in looksmaxxing is to ONLY fix failos. I feel like these expanders are only good for people with crowded teeth or actually narrow palate.
If you look at all befores in OP, all their palates weren’t narrow in before, that’s why they got “botched”.
I should’ve had it in my childhood but sadly parents aren’t blackpilled. I actually needed it

Rhino on a bulbous nose looks very uncanny and plastic. I would only consider a co2 laser to permanently thin the skin (also giving a more defined nasal tip in the process)

As to william, i still will get more asymmetric with the procedure, the more i expand.

It’s bad examples as well because even before treatment they were all genuinely subhuman. The “after” photos consisted of people who didn’t even finish treatment, had diastemas, and weren’t even in the phase of rebuilding the broken bone after expanding. Overall just a bad batch of examples including how already low dopamine their faces were. I’ve been seeing your threads on expansion and your fears, and i believe you finding these results, then posting them was just confirmation bias. I’ve already had consultations with FME specialists and can get one installed pretty soon, I just want to research the effects it’s going to have on my face before I do it just like you. tbh i haven’t even seen a facial transformation yet. Don’t slander FME just yet though. You can private message me and we can talk if you’d like.

FME is better but it's not that much better. it still has the same issues just perhaps a bit less pronounced compared to MSE. you still need to be careful, slow, and conservative with your expansion. treat FME no different than MSE! only get fme if you have real and genuine sleep issues proven by a sleep study and unfixable by any other way. and yes let's pm each other.
