now 81kg
squat from 60kg to 120kg
bench from 50kg to 70kg
only deadlifted once so far but 100kg went for 10 reps, gonna try 140kg next time

I lift 6 times a week and eat around 3500 calories a day, I’d say around 2.5-3kg of lean muscle is possible in a month and a half

Those are newbie gains and near ideal conditions with 1% genetics for vast majority of people gain of 1-1.5 kilograms is the most common
