Me: " no not necessarily all the time. Look at this dude who's lost his entire lower jaw and what those skilled surgeons did to make it look as natural as possible"

Him: yeah but that's an extraordinary case.

Me: "also look at this surgery (i brought up lefort 3) it can be used to reposition the entire facial skeleton and often has great success"

Him: "yeah but it'll look uncanny and fake"

Me: "how can you be so sure"

Him again: "You know what with all this surgery and stuff. I really hate it. It allows for less attractive guys or girls to find partners way above their looks level which is unfair cheating and should never happen in the first place "


Me: "but what about those who are so ugly and deformed and desperately need surgery to look human?"

Him: "they can accept their fate and move on with their lives. Do something fun like a free time activity or something"
