Was all of this knowledge all worth it ? I destroyed my brain my body my mentality trying to be attractive i dont feel myself anymore its like im living someone life and not mine i ascended 1 year ago it really changed my life drastically but i cant keep up a conversation with a girl for more then 5-10 min max the only thing i think about is about peptides and steroids i just wanna be normal again

I took a lot of pills and other stuff trying to make my body produce more testosterone but i was hospitalized
