btw this picture is like months old but still the situation on the side profile its almost the same
 
Dont do brow ridge implant it will make youe eyebrows asymmetric.you dont need surgery

Imo bimax is for people with significant recession.others should get implants which is cosmetic.bimax is more of a functional surgery.there are many people who are not satisfied with bimax result.imagine paying 20k and months of recovery and not being satisfied with the result.

yes but my ears are low set idk what to do about it, it makes the ramus look short BUTTT at least its visibile
