Imo bimax is for people with significant recession.others should get implants which is cosmetic.bimax is more of a functional surgery.there are many people who are not satisfied with bimax result.imagine paying 20k and months of recovery and not being satisfied with the result.

Ramus alone is not worth getting surgery for imo especially not in ur case. You have good forward growth I would wait out ur development until 18 and then maybe genio if not happy still
