Watching youtube at 1.5x speed made me autistic

I think my brain chemistry has changed by speeding up the videos. My brain doesn't slow down now.
I'm unable to stop thinking.

Anyone had similar experience?

Yeah, I can't stand 1.00x speed anymore, I mostly watch vids at 1.25x, sometimes 1.5x if I am really concentrated, you can't lose focus at that speed, or the narrator speaks really slowly. I know I need to tune it down at least an hour before bed if I watched a lot of content otherwise my brain is too much in a hyperactive mode to fall asleep.
