I used to watch such content weekly like 30-45 minutes to desensitize myself a bit (then I got bored because I saw pretty much everything you could see), so that in case of an accident or something on close people, I can be there to help in some way or make the situation better, rather than running away / ignoring / paralyzing myself out of fear and shock

Perhaps if you get your brain used to it a little, it might help you to cope with the trauma more easily if such an accident were to happen in front of you, to someone close to you

It doesn't seem so abnormal when you think that emergency room doctors or the morgue people see such scenes of people who have been cut, or left without limbs every day, so they must be ice cold and used to such landscapes
