please tell me if drinking 4-5 liters of water a day is actually real and helps with debloat or if its cope, my face is just so chubby even though im 15.0 bmi, why am i still bloated at 15.0 bmi?

On some maybe it does or doesnt but probably wont do much… its best ofc to still drink atleast 3 liters

water is mostly cope if you would eat good you don't need to drink even 1 liter a day not bcs you don't need water but bcs if you ate good you wou'd get hydrated from food and it will be more hydrating than drinking water

BMI is irrelevant, bodyfat % is the only relevant indicator here.
