but the further you get away from your starting point the more likely lose skin on lower abs will form,im telling you dont lose to much fat especially fast,145 kg is massive but removing lose skin is a easy surgery anyways if you get it

Did either of you actually complete this?

and what were your results?
I did 10 days I lost like 3lbs a day first 3 days then a steady 0.7/1.5lbs a day for the rest, after it when I went back to maint I gained 5lbs so it was pretty good actually

How often do you guys think a prolonged water fast can be done? I haven't tried a 1-week one yet, I've always stuck to 3-day fasts every 1.5 weeks. And do you consume electrolytes or something like that during your prolonged water fast?:feelswat:

A good way to do it is rolling 48s/72s, depending on how much body fat you have.

Don’t eat for 48-72hours, refeed with one meal and go again.

You don’t need to be going weeks without eating, and will lead to muscle loss.

If you have gym gains to retain, then just an aggressive deficit of 1200-1500 calories a day will work just fine also, provided you are training with maximum intensity in the gym and retaining as much strength as you can.

Thanks for the response :Comfy:. I tried to PM you, but I can't since I don't have enough posts. Rolling 48s-72s, how often do you recommend doing it? (I'd appreciate it if you could DM me in case you can help me with my questions).
