I'm going on a 4 day water fast

how long will it take for autogaphy to kick in

I’ve been on a one day fasting one day eating 300 calories diet for like 6 days now

Still haven’t seen any changes hopefully it shows on week 2 since that’s about what it takes for the water retention to leave and u actually start losing weight

I don't think long term fast are the best fro weight loos but the health benefits are great
