How much are we thinking for a good de-bloat. Alongside that, what actually is a bloat and how can i stop it coming in the first place?

Thanks.

The more the better. Be careful not to get dehydrated from drinking too much water. I've done it multiple times but only happens if you go above 7-8 litres per day. Basically drinking a lot of water makes you pee out your electrolytes and our diets are usually very rich in sodium so the sodium to potassium ratio needed for hydrating the body is completely thrown off. Maybe take a bit potassium chloride supp if you want to debloat by water maxxing.
Just keep drinking even when your not thirsty no exact amount tbh. But main thing is low bf % ofc
