WATER RETENTION is the real evil, not bodyfat

You are wrong about the salt part. You need electrolytes in your water to properly hydrate. Also 2.5 to 3L water is largely enough for hydration. Can't believe some retards drink a gallon of water just to piss all micronutriens away every 10 minutes lol
youre right about not drinking that much water but the body needs only about 600mg of sodium per day what equals a little more than 1g of salt for normal body functions( if you dont train of course)
