I’ve eaten up too much junk during the summer, I feel like another longer fast to rid bloat and get really lean will be good. Thoughts?

I'll do my first water fast next month, my goal is to go from 85kg to 65kg until 2020.
 
Or just stop eating junk lol

I did a 98 hour water fast (nothing but water and a shot of ACV daily, no other drinks and no salts) and I lost 9lbs and alot of midsection bloat. I recommend water fasting but it is fucking rough. At work on the 3rd day was brutal, couldn't concentrate for shit.
 

you'll lose fat, but also muscle as well. You need to fix your diet, you'll gain the fat back if you keep eating shit after the water fast

water fasting destroys your muscle mass.
even obese looksmaxers should eat at least protein food and vegetables

Did the bloat come back easily or it is a myth?

Nope, it stayed away for a while. It came back like 3 weeks later after going on vacation and all i did was drink and eat for 4 days. But for the couple of weeks after, it didn't come back. Only about 2lbs of weight came back after about 2 days after I quit.

The best part was that I wasn't hungry for like a week after.

Do you have pics? I am really interested. But I guess that it doesn't go well with gymcelling, it would probably destroy my shape unless that's another myth but I don't think so.

No, I rarely take pics of myself, can't bear to look at them. I can next time, as I'm planning on doing it again within the next few weeks, if you really want. Not gonna do face pics (which is what really matters), but i can show body if you really want.

Also, I've never been to a gym so I can't comment on that. I was fairly low energy.

if youre gymcelling hard just do like 48s or omad and youll get some of the benefit of water fasting while being much more muscle sparing
