- Dutasteride (DHT fucks up adipogenesis)
- Cannabinoid receptor agonists (you read it right lmao weed preserves fat pads)
- Volufiline (barely works but can still help)
- PRP-assisted autologous and/or bioprinted fat grafts

estrogen likely play a critical role aswell, i bet rubing e2 cream helps + GHK cu will allow for collagen to maintain elastic of fat pad.
