I’m starting to think I have high cortisol levels because I constantly worry about whether my hair looks like shit and whatever else I have going on, like going through all the negative things that could happen. It’s pretty annoying and miserable thinking like that all the time, so what can I do? I get plenty of exercise, decent sleep but could be a bit better I think.
