Having legs is a good thing but you can probably get away with not having them when you’re that ripped
I'm prone to chafing and my calves have always been over-sized so I'm not worried about it.

it's a narrow hip issue.

I squat once a week.
Honestly I don’t care that much about how my quads and hamstrings look, I just don’t like being weak. My squat is already poverty so I just keep training legs so it doesn’t decrease

weak legs will impair upper body lifts so you should still train them, you can't do bend over rows, or even standing ohp if your legs and ass are weak.

Carnivore can work if there's autoimmune issues someone needs to fix like arthritis, psiorasis, leaky gut or diabetes etc., but I agree with your way of eating, I mainly eat rice, meat, non-leafy vegetables and fruits and dairy. Its easy to maintain weight this way, acne is gone, energy levels are good too.

domestic plants didn't evolve overnight, they're species we were already harvesting and protecting to begin with, hunter gatherers practice some degree of primitive agriculture like slash and burn, and selectively cleared areas and promoted growth in others, they just didn't sow seed or plow ground.

Before agriculture (the worst invention of all time) there was next to nothing for humans to eat other than animal products. Fruit and berries sure, although you can google how fruit were back then. Turnips and carrots? lol they were bitter as hell and barely any nutrition.

Our ancestors ate all three macronutrients. But our ancestors would also be on their feet all day constantly running. They would need significantly more calories than any modern day humans. Not to mention their natural hormones were higher leading to even more fat burning.

In other words, our ancestors could get away with eating a lot of carbs. Just like if you look at long distance runners nowadays they need carbs for energy.

But 90% of modern people barely burn any calories. Just because you go lift some weight doesnt mean you need high carbs.

So both of the sides are technically correct. Yes our ancestors ate higher carb. But you're not in the same situation as them. You sit on your ass all day doing fuck all. You dont need high carbs.

100-150g carbs is absolutely max you should go.

You dont need carbs to grow unless you're shredded. Eat 2 lbs of steak, 12 eggs and a liter of milk a day,. You'll grow.
