all the model is doing underneath the hood is choosing the most likely word to come up next in the sentence based on probability distirbutions of data it has been trained on. there is no hollistic thought like process or anything that even resembles understanding going on - it is merely trying to mimic human communication using data is has been fed

I bet Elysium the movie is a pretty accurate depiction of how things will be after the war wipes out the majority of the population, during the war the nwo will develop AI robots (they already have incredibly advanced shit we don't know about, they definitely have AI robots already), and then use them to fight and end the war, then when we are tasked with "rebuilding" they will assign ai robots as police since they are much more effective at taking orders than people. I bet you 10 canned goods and a hazmat suit that this will happen.
