What are peoples opinions on this, and filler in the long term?

I personally had the plans with my surgeon to get cheek implants then jaw implants later if i wanted to.

After seeing countless botches and less then a handful of... decent results, i opted out and just got BSSO.

I now plan to get jaw filler 2ml per side, 2ml chin, 0.5ml per cheek. just to start with then i can add on.

He said one of the patients tried to keep it a secret that he had fillers just because it was 12 years ago and the patient thought it dissolved but it was clearly visible on the ct scan how much filler this guy had and Ramieri told me he thinks he won't operate on the patient at all cause fillers can cause infections easier than if you didn't have them

Maybe clav isn't all that wrong and one will always have to make a good choice on what someone gets

Ramieri said though that he doesn't think fillers migrate in the gonion and cheekbone area so he thinks they are worth it in those areas

I mean i was operated on with filler in my chin, though i guess that doesnt effect my BSSO jaw area.
