I genuinely have no idea what it is but I look normal/ above average when I'm either smiling or have a normal face on but as soon as I start talking my gums and teeth fold into themselves (it looks like that) or some shit and I get a triple chin (even tho I'm literally sub 12%bf).

I hope this makes sense but a guide on how to talk and NOT look retarded as shit would be dope

If you get a triple chin while talking, it means you lack forward growth and/or your hyoid bone is too low.

That’s bc you are recessed

Yea, it is kinda low

I found out why if you guys were wondering.
Its because my lips kinda go outwards sometimes when I talk (like when I say "When" or "How") creating a lot of gum visibility (not good)
Kinda hard to tell unless you pause on certain areas in a video (that's what I did)

I found a video on it howish to fix is where you have to speak with your tongue at the top of your teeth basically flicking the front 2 teeth everytime you say a major word like that

The less you say the better

whats perma jutting? link a thread bro

When you got an overbite/deep bite and you push your mandible forward and down to give correct occlusion and jaw projection even though the occlusion at the back of your mouth is now completely wrong.

is there a video of this

Link video pls Bro
Cant find it rn but ill link it when I do.

The video is basically saying that when you have a word with the "th" or "da" or any word for me and you we used to speak it with our tongue going through the middle of our teeth.
The video is saying with all of those sounds, you have to flick your front two teeth instead of going through them.

Im trying to get used to it so what I did is that I talked into a camera today for like 5 min and when I noticed words where my tongue went out and not in, I had to talk slower
