A low body fat percentage can be the difference between incel and good looking, if you have bones. If you are not under 15% body fat, you are not looksmaxxing. <15% bf is the foundation, without that you cannot build the house called good face.

The older we get, the slower our metabolism becomes and you have to be very careful not to overeat. Why not just do a stomach reduction?
