Decided to wear 2.5" elevator shoes to a work function yesterday (1.2" on Airmax fraudsters), essentially frauding about 6'2 barefoot, and no one I know noticed or pointed it out, I was clearly heightmogging dudes I slightly beat previously clearly.

Replicating it, I tried it at university today and it worked well.

Height is important... A week ago I was 6'0 8/10 inches morning height/5'11 5/8 fully compressed at night... Now after 1 week of stretching I'm 6'1 1/20 inches morning height/6'0 1/4 fully compressed height, after just ONE week!

I stopped for 1 week after that because I'm masturbating too much and being lazy so I don’t have too much energy, but I'm coming back soon...

I got a 4-curve Scoliosis and a Dowager's Hump that didn't get better yet, and even then I managed to get taller... I think I can get 6'3 morning height or even taller when I fix my spine, but anything beyond 6'1 fully compressed will be enough for me because I'm doing this for health reasons (I don’t wanna become crippled), sometimes I couldn't even get up or walk without losing balance.
