Weed and drugs gave me social anxiety

Smoked, drank, and did bunch of types of drugs from 9th to 11th grade.

Developed crazy social anxiety to the point I became extremely self aware. I was an npc/ on autopilot before then. Probably would have stayed nt and oblivious if I didn’t try drugs

Can’t even remember if I wiped my ass well before then

yeah im basically barely aware in social situations anymore
cant keep conversations at all and also tend to focus on my inside in conversations and not ouside, my eyes have a hard time focussing on the outside basically now
my self esteem is completey trash for my age
i easily get overwhelmed
i dont think twice anymore, ending up acting stupid or weird sometimes
physical anxiety symptoms get triggered easier as well now compared to the past
its beyond over, all this although i look good
