week 1 erda experience

Got a kinda bad nose bleed when I woke up today and I've been getting bad knee pain and my lower back is aching a lot and my mouth is dry asf. In terms of height growth I've noticed nothing so far except feeling slightly taller in the mornings which is placebo.
