Week 1 of oral minoxidil

I have experienced no bloating week one of oral minoxidil, also been on hgh for couple weeks now and also have little to no bloating from that as well (lmk if you want separate thread documentation for that). Only things I do that might help with this is I drink a gallon of water daily with like 4 scoops of electrolytes. 1 the first thing in the morning and 3 throughout the day. Also follow the animal based diet, so I don't eat any foods that could cause inflammation. I also average 9 hrs of sleep + on DSIP.
