it’s been one week ever since i started cutting (500 calorie deficit). I am starting to slightly see progress but obv not a lot. here is my before picture of my body
and here is after a week
it may not be noticeable to most people or maybe i’m being delusional but i look at my self in the mirror everyday analyzing everything and i can say i am losing a small amount of weight but not a lot.

Ik it’s not very noticeable and ngl i dont rlly see any progress in my face. Ik it’s different angles and shit but i barely ever take pics of my face so that’s the best pic i could find sorry guys.
Probably wont see any great progress until like a month into cut or until my reta gets here.
I doubt most of you guys care about me doing a calorie deficit but i just want to track this and post about it so i can stay consistent easier since everytime i cut i can barely do it for 2 weeks bc im inconsistent.
Rn im just walking at least 15k steps, being in a deficit, doing sprints(bc of soccer) and eating clean. just all simple shit before my reta gets here. and my body is fucking horrible bc my genes are so shit so once i finish cutting i will gymcell.
We will all make it
