if you want big wrist then just wrist curls, extensions and for ankle just do calf raises, single-leg balances, resistance band exercises.

Wrist and ankle weights make you adapt to the weight and when you take it off it will make you feel lighter. It doesn't grow your muscle or bone.

the bones are adapting to the weights which is the load theyre under. is that not correct?
you have to cause actual microfactures to cause them to regrow, if im being honest im not 100 percent sure but i dont think having weights on your wrists will do much, at least its not effiencent.
 
yeah I thought like the jumping around and landing with the weights might induce microfractures more effectively
