I’m currently trying to cut weight for wrestling and also mainly to get overall leaner but since i’m trying to do it quick i’m trying to mainly fast and only really consume black coffee or energy drinks and water and maybe small amounts of food. My main worry is that I’ve heard this has major effects on bone growth including facial bone growth and as a 16 year old I don’t know if this could be detrimental to me. If you have any comments or tips please let me know I’ve included help a physique photo of me
