Start of january: 150 pounds
Now: 172 (just weighed)

I'm ngl I haven't been bulking on raw foods but pasteurized butter and milk and cheese, chicken fried in beef tallow

When I get paid next week I will bulk off raw meat and dairy only

5'10 right?

I'd say go gain 20-30 more lbs.

Don't go over 30 bmi.

Don't go over 30 bmi.
I feel like my bones expands as I gain weight so bmi reduces

Puberty lasts until 25 especially if you're stunted like me

This bulk was definitely androgenic. I didn't even feel like I force fed myself more than 2-3 times this month

Because a more filled out frame will make you look more tough and attractive along with actually making you stronger too. I used to be 145 at 6'0" but now I was 180 last time I weighed myself. Usually my weight is between 170 and 180 anymore. Ofc this is assuming most of the gain is actually muscle and not fat because you don't wanna be fat

ah yeah that actually kind of makes sense i dont really like having a lot of fat so i never considered doing that for a bigger frame (not worth it for me atleast) :GoodMorning:

Yeah if you do it right you really won't gain much fat but I can see the concern. If you're already a typical weight for the height it probably isn't worth trying to gain much
