try getting a gym membership but dumbbells are fine for starting out, you can do many things with dumbbells. Thank you, I have access to penut butter and cereal so I will start eating it more and other foods tooalso peanut butter and cereal made me go from 120lbs to 150 in 4 months when i was 14yo
