i’m 6’3 360 and 18 and can’t stop realizing how fucked up my life is i wanna lose 60 pounds in 3 months at least ik i can do it i just gotta stop being a bitch so i’m posting this for some motivation i would send my face but im so obese who knows how i’ll look when i lose weight😂🤷‍♂️
leave some words that’ll motivate me idc if its hope core or toxic asf if ur gonna be on here at least try and help a fat mf out
 
When you're as large as you are, it's mostly exercise. For me, I wrestled in HS. I went from 285 to 285 (I lost 10%bf). An easier sport to get into may be basketball, if you have some friends that'd like to play a pickup 3v3 or horse. Diet is also important, but less so if you're running and jumping for 2hrs every day.

wrestling was the same for me but couldn’t keep the weight off just ended up at the same weight
 
if you're too lazy to lose it naturally (you probably are) then here's my recommendation
Drugs first, with price per month after for the bottom dose (in order of importance)
Reta 1-4mg/week (don't go higher, start at .5mg preferably) $2.4/month
Test 1mg/lb body weight weekly $21/month
Tren 25mg/week (highest anabolic-androgenic dissociation with full effects) $2.25/month
T3 25-50mcg/day $24/month
hgh 2iu/day $24/month
Mirabegron 50-150mg/day $30/month
Yohimbine 5-30mg/day $8/month
For ~$120/month, you can easily lose 1-2 pounds per day without really doing anything.

Now for the less fun stuff, I'd recommend Lyle Mcdonald's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook, and if someone else reading this is at 15%BF or below, then his ultimate diet 2.0. This will
the ultimate diet is tailored tightly enough to include workouts, but if you aren't already lifting my recommendation would be to start with 3 months of starting strength, then Lyle Mcdonald's Generic Bulking Routine for a year, and at that point you will probably know enough about fitness to decide for yourself.

i’m on tirz not reta because reta just wasn’t working and had bad side effects but do u really recommend test and tren at the weight i am?
 
I believe that you can lose the weight you want it’s just how bad you want it you fat fuck

that'd be my protocol if I was going to kill myself if I didn't lose the weight in a few months, you're 360 pounds, you're never going to be mr. olympia, so you don't have to worry about not doing everything perfectly. Also 1mg/lb test is trt and 25mg/week tren is nothing. But also they're mostly there to prevent muscle loss on the rest of the stack, as you'd fr be losing multiple pounds per day at the weight you're at. I'd also recommend swimming, at you're size you don't have to worry about planning workouts for swimming just mess around in the pool until you're tired as running etc would be too taxing on joints. only concern on this protocol would be loose skin idk that much about it because I've never had that problem but my guess would be GLOW 1.4mg/day.

you're 360 lbs and it's summer DNP will actually fry you and tren and test are anabolic you're just running low doses to avoid muscle loss
