Weight loss or muscle gain?

I'm 17 and my clavicles are pretty wide
I've been going to the gym for 1 month and people ask me about my frame a lot

should I bulk up to gain muscle mass or just stay skinny with wide clavicles?
 
Aim for around 10% body fat. When you start dropping below that number it's going to tank your energy, and it's very high maintenance. Bulk up and gain muscle mass, whilst staying lean.

Also, a lot of bulking is water weight. Eating a bunch of shit to gain weight isn't going to build muscle faster. We have metabolic caps for a reason. It's just going to make you feel like shit and be bloated.

Train hard, train regularly, eat clean, sleep properly, and let time do the rest.

Lean bulk ig but if you notice yourself starting to get side effects from the gym such as fatigue or eyebags then stop
