Weight loss tips needed

My current diet
Breakfast:
0.5-1 ltr of milk and a scoop of whey some bananas and dates

Lunch:

400-500 gm curd ,some fruits and veggies and some boiled green grams

Dinner:

Fish/meat/6 eggs with some rice
It get to around 2200 -2300 cals
I am 181 cm and 17 yo
Current bw -74
Target bw -below 70

I know that deficit is the only thing that will help but is there any other tip
I used to be 82-83 kg 6-7 months ago and it was pretty scientific to drop weight till now but now I just can't seem to lose it

I play sports 3x a week and weight lifting 3x a week and walk 10-12 k steps
 
If thats not working then just eat abit less and move more tis really that simple

I know but I really don't wanna eat less I am tired and I really don't want my growth to be nerfed
I am moving as much as I can
My issue is why has the weightloss stopped all of a sudden I mean I was 72.5 at the same activity level as when I am at 74-75 and I am just stuck here

How long have you been stuck there
 
do more steps or low intensity cardio then because the only way is to decrease energy intake or increase energy expenditure or both
 
are you trying to lose weight in general or get shredded, because even if your weight is staying the same you might still be losing bf and gaining more muscle

Just a normal lean physique
I don't even want proper abs just a flat tummy and a lil abs when flexed

keep doing what you're doing because that'll be easily achievable gl bro

Thanks man I was just a lil disappointed not seeing results
just take progress pictures in the same lighting same time of day every now and then and youll notice progress over time

No rice
 
Complex carbs like rice potatoes bread slow down you metabolism. Also its very easier to eat alot of these. If you ate same amount in fruit or meat u would throw up from how much u need to eat. After eating complex there's a major energy crash that doesn't happen with fruits or metal

I barely eat a cup of 2 is it too much?
 
I usually skipped breakfast and it let me fast for like 12 hours everyday.

1L of milk is also a hefty amount in calories so you can try cutting that out.

Cant cut out milk I am addicted plus it helped me grow tall my parents are pretty short

Never done any sort of nicotine
I drink 4 litre everyday
I am starting something, to walk 2 hours everyday let's see if it helps

don’t start then, 4 litres is good walks are perfect just count calories and find some hobby to counter the hunger go out more

For me counting calories is the worst thing
I feel like once I lose weight and stop counting , I will just gain it back lol so I want to adapt to a lifestyle which I could follow forever and not just count cals

counting calories isn’t hard, i have been doing it for around 8 months now doesn’t take the time out of my day to just log it in perhaps it got me to the best shape in my life I really suggest it to everyone, gives mass control over your body

Prioritize protein, don't eat dates they're high calories for very little volume.
I'd skip breakfast and change the lunch completely to a high protein meal.
Also lower the calories to 2000
