I’m 188, my dad is gonna weigh me every week and if I go over 190 he’ll take my phone and privileges away. There’s a party I’m going to with a few family friends (someone’s bday) out of state and I wanna look good before I go. My goal is 170 by the end of April. I’m already on calorie deficit (1600 cals a day) and I’m fasting every fridays and sundays. I also workout a lot during the week. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process
