I'm 13 6'1 And 260lbs any tips on how to lose weight and just become healthier?

try diet and exercise, cal deficit, in the future reta if its not enough, ive personally been working out for 4 years and tried different diets but my appetite is js too big so im hoping on reta

Stop eating bad foods (don’t eat fast foods and stuff that is clearly bad for you), cut down on sodium and added sugars (look at the labels on stuff and track what you’re consuming), eat lots of protein and drink lots of water, get in some running or cardio and you should be good as long as you don’t have cheat meals or get lazy at any point
