I’ve been skeptical about the idea of losing weight through starve-maxxing. I’m concerned that it could lower my testosterone levels. I’m 5'11 with a BMI of 27 and estimated body fat percentage of 25% or higher.
What should I do?

Just have a consistent calorie deficit, no need to starve

A consistent calorie deficit thats not toooo low should do it and after a couple weeks you will already see results.

just read the botb guide its not like youre gonna be a diabetic pig if you dont lose weight but youre not exactly ideal

retatrutide, DNP when dosed normally and taken with a reasonable protocol, bam15, slu-pp-332, hell go larp adhd and get a vyvanse prescription so you never want to snack

you have options just research pick one and hope it works

Then just go in to a moderate deficit.
