When I started eating less (about 36.36% of the recommended amount), I often started feeling dizzy, which is quite bothersome. Is this due to the calorie deficit, or is it related to other health issues?
 
its probably due to inadequate nutrients
dont just eat less u need to cut out the shit u dont really need like rice and pasta

I mostly eat egg whites, beef, chicken, cottage cheese, and fruits
 
ngl that diet sounds pretty clean already bro. are u sure ur not just naturally ltn? maybe check ur bone structure pics fr. if ur still spiraling on this tho maybe try a cut maybe 500 cal deficit from ur current intake just to see how ur body responds but don't water urself down too much.

I consume 800 calories a day, most likely, yes, my metabolism is naturally low, because I have almost always had this
