I weight 76kgs 175cm 15 Ima do omad for one month eating 2000 cals and over 120G of protien I want to lose over 6kgs this month I’ll do 20k steps and cardio an hour and lifting weights 1 hour 6x a week
 
Yeah that will be fine but if ur still in puberty try not to restrict food that much
 
I’m not losing weight n I need to lose weight fast because I want to look different after summer

However, it is very important that you're not in a deficit for long and not in a big deficit either, you're 15 which means that any huge changes to your diet will affect the amount of nutrients you get and can easily stunt your growth, (175 cm that could be 185 cm is going to be 180 cm instead)
 
My mom is 160 so yea it’s so over but uncles r all over 180 dad is 175 too

Honestly I would do the 500 calorie deficit loss at 2811, the extreme weight loss is a 1000 calorie deficit which is not good for a 15 year old, the amount of calories you eat will move as you lose the weight, just keep that in mind and good luck dieting!
