Weird acne

One side of my face is fine just a few pimples and the other has this wierd circle like acne patch that I cannot get rid of I think it’s mainly post informatory marks but there’s also randomly pimples coming out. I have no idea why it’s just this little circle area on only one side of my face. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're already cleansing and moisturizing then 0.025 tretinoin or accutane could help.

Probably hormones, get some isotretinoin
