I've been working out for 1 and a half years now with barely any progress even though my workouts are full of things like 10kg for 100 reps with a 1 minute break in between each set, I believe it is due to my weight, I've been tracking how many calories I eat daily very precisely. The amount of calories I eat on average is 2800-3200 and I have been eating like that for 4 months now yet I've only gained around 2kg of weight.
This is really bugging me because my main flaw in terms of frame isn't my non-existent clavicles but instead it's my low weight & height imbalance, my BMI is literally 16.5 which makes me nearly underweight :/ . (Keep in mind that a healthy BMI is 18.5-24.9)
