Weird lump around mouth

what is the cause of this lump? i was thinking it's either fat, overdeveloped orbicularis oris, jaw recession or a combination of those.

i have this as well to a lesser extent and my jaw isn't really recessed so i was wondering what it is

have the same thing but not that prominent i feel like it “MIGHT” have something to do with teeth

i don't think so because when i stretch my skin back from my massaters it dissapears which makes me think it's most likely a soft tissue problem. it also could be in combination with zygos being too far back therefore giving a lack of projection around the lump.

does yours go away when you stretch your skin?
